At DARUM GROUP LLC, we stand behind the quality of PromptMaster AI. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for subscriptions and course purchases.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee. This applies to your first billing cycle only.

1.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Your subscription plan name

1.3 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used during checkout.

1.4 Refunds After 14 Days

Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period will not be refunded for the current billing cycle. However, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

2. Course Purchase Refunds

2.1 One-Time Course Purchases

Courses purchased as one-time purchases (not part of a subscription) are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a course refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Less than 25% of course content completed
  • No certificate of completion issued

2.3 Non-Refundable Courses

Courses are non-refundable if you have completed 25% or more of the course content or if a certificate of completion has been issued.

3. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds for promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, or special pricing are subject to the same 14-day refund window. The refund amount will be the discounted price paid, not the regular subscription price.

4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 14-day period
  • Courses with 25% or more completion
  • Courses with issued certificates
  • Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Deny future refund requests
  • Pursue legal action to recover chargeback fees

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

6.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
